CAS at Capel Manor Celebration of Trees 2008

4th January 2008

Consulting Arborist Society (CAS) have expanded the seminars that we are offering to aspiring and established Tree Consultants at the Capel Manor Celebration of Trees 2008.

On Friday the 25th we have the Mortgage Module (Homebuyers Tree Report seminar) being held for the first time outside of Myerscough in 6 years. This has proved one of the most commercially valuable qualifications for our members.

Then on Saturday the 26th we have the third TPO seminar. This will be of great interest as the Government is proposing significant changes to the TPO system – If you want to be up to date, this is one way you can find out what is happening and what is proposed. TPO1 and TPO2 attendees should attend this section of TPO3 to be completely up to date.

Then we will also be running CTLA Tree Valuation seminar No5 over Friday and Saturday. This will either be delivered by Scott Cullen or Russ Carlson. Watch the www.consultingarboristsociety.com website for details as and when they emerge but due to costs we need 8 bookings by the end of February to guarantee this seminar goes ahead, so if this interests you please book early to avoid dissapointment.

Finally CAS will be holding its AGM and election of officers at Capel Manor on Thursday the 24th starting at 6pm. Last year we had 30% of the membership attend to have their say. This year even though the membership has grown, we aim for an even bigger members involvement in this meeting, and the future of CAS.
